Winston Mobley is the trusted attorney Christine Blair Williams hired to represent her in court against Neil Winters who along with Nikki Newman accidentally drove into her, killing her baby. While Winston was having a cup of coffee at Crimson Lights, Neil's ex-wife, Hilary Curtis, who had an affair with his son, Devon Hamilton, flirted with Winston under the alias on "Anne". Winston gave Hilary his card and as Hilary walked away, Devon sat down next to him, eery about Hilary associating with him, confiding his negative opinions on his former lover. Hilary called Winston and told him she wanted to move their date to someplace more intimate, her apartment. In Hilary's apartment, Hilary seduced Winston into having sex with her.
At the court case, Mobley was pleading against Neil's lawyer, Leslie Michaelson. The judge called Neil's wife to the stand, Hilary Curtis Winters. Hilary swore to speak the truth. Winston Mobley was humiliated and called for a dismissal which confused the courtroom. Hilary stepped out of the room and talked quietly on her cell phone to Winston who was very uncomfortable. Devon oversaw Hilary talking on the phone and got suspicious and came to realize she slept with Winston Mobley. Mobley granted Neil an agreement he has to follow and unless he is disobedient to the negotiation, he will not be sentenced to prison.
